I lean towards the constructivist learning theory, believing that learning is fundamentally a social process that happens when learners make connections between new information and existing knowledge created from past experiences. I enjoy creating interactive instructions that utilize multimedia and encourage learners to problem solve and develop new skills by working with them in their Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD).

The diagram above is my visual representation of how the instructional design process is carried out throughout the life of a project. It is based off the ADDIE model, with the addition of a representation of what kind of questions you should be asking and how formative evaluation is involved at each step.
